剂量

注意事项
风险信息：怀孕或哺乳期间请勿使用。使用后 5 小时内请勿驾驶或使用机器。如果正在服用抗凝剂、抗惊厥药、降压药、免疫抑制剂、镇静剂、催眠药或精神药物、类固醇，或患有心血管、慢性肾病、肝病或免疫系统疾病、哮喘、抑郁症、糖尿病、低血糖症、偏头痛、激素或癫痫症，请在使用前咨询医疗保健从业者。如果症状持续超过 4 周，请咨询您的医疗保健从业者。不建议与酒精、其他药物或具有镇静作用的天然保健产品一起饮用。已知会出现轻微的胃肠道症状和罕见的过敏反应，在这种情况下，请停止使用。存放在阴凉干燥的地方。如果密封破损或丢失，请勿使用。
Product Description
Melatonin PR provides all of the benefits of Melatonin in a convenient prolonged-release tablet.
Indications
- Delayed sleep phase disorder, shift-work or jet lag
Ingredients
Each Tablet Contains: Melatonin...................................... 3 m Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, ethylcellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica, tablet coating (hypromellose, glycerin).
Dosing
Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Cautions
Risk Information: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after use. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if taking anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure, immunosuppressive, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, steroids, have cardiovascular, chronic kidney, liver or immune system disease, asthma, depression, diabetes, hypoglycemia, migraine, hormonal or seizure disorders. Consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms and rare allergic reactions have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
