Recommended Dose:

Adults blend one scoop (8 g) in 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of water or beverage of choice per day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, take this product 30 minutes before exercise, or immediately following exercise with a recovery beverage such as Perfect Protein.

Recommended Use:

Improves strength in repetitive bouts of brief, highly intense physical activity (e.g. sprints, jumping, resistance training). Increases lean muscle mass when used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen. Helps to support liver function.

Caution:

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have high cholesterol or a kidney disorder. May result in weight gain.
